The white skirt is definitely an investment piece - buying classic pieces in winter white will last you forever and are perfect for special occasions. I chose a flowy top to hide any post-baby concerns so that the wearer would be comfortable all evening and not self conscious or tugging at their top. I chose only a pair of earrings as the top and the handbag are enough "flair" to keep the outfit interesting without overdoing it.
