Many of these meals may look familiar from last week... as last week was SO hectic that 15 minute meals didn't even make the cut most nights! PB & J and cereal, sad to say, were staples! Ah, the best laid plans, right?
So here is the line-up for this week:
Monday - Chili - so perfect for these cold, nasty days!
Tuesday - Clean out the pantry - Sides for dinner - Soup/Salad/Risotto
Wednesday - Spaghetti
Thursday - Tacos!
Friday - Toasted Subs... my husband and I were craving the "grinders" from a local pizza/sammy joint. So we thought we would make them at home. I don't really know what shape these will take... likely yummy sandwich meat and PLENTY of veggies! I'll let you know how they come out!
