I am going SUPER easy this week as I am a bit over-committed with things outside of the home - so this is my version of dinner in 15 minutes. Every night! (be warned there are some heat and serve things involved... but they are good and healthy ones!)
Monday - Trader Joes Taquitos with black beans and rice - my kids actually love BB & rice - and Dole Southwest Salad!
Tuesday - Ravioli (frozen - store bought) with steamed broccoli and I'm going to try these homemade rolls (made in advance and warmed up the night of!)
Wednesday - I'm gone... the family is going to have calzones again... we had this once last week, but they are so easy to make and I have left over ingredients from last week. Plus every one gets their own individual calzone so no one disagrees about ingredients!
Thursday - Sides for dinner... Tomato soup, Trader Joe's Mushroom Risotto and bagged salad.
Friday - Indian Food, Trader Joes Pav Bahji & Naan with rice
Saturday - Chili! Homemade! This should last us all weekend!
