Looking back, how has blogging influenced your business or personal life, how has it changed the way you do and see things in your everyday life?
To me (Katja) the most important part is that we've gotten to know so many lovely people who share our interest in home decorating, art and design.
How do you fit blogging into your "in person" responsibilities (work, family, play)?
I (Katja) have more free time so I do most of the blogging. Minna does all the technical background stuff.
Do you view blogging as a "job" or a revenue producing project for yourself or your own small business?
No. Blogging is just a hobby for us.
If you don't mind sharing… how long have you been blogging for and what is your blog's "post" count to date?
Our first blog post is dated November 11th, 2007 so we've been doing this for little over a year now! We have published 331 blog posts so far.
What is a goal of yours outside your blog for 2009… either personal, entrepreneurial or otherwise?
We just bought our first apartment last month so our biggest goal right now is to renovate it and get it ready so we can move in sometime during February. Having a home of our own is something we've been dreaming about for a while now so it's just amazing that it's finally coming true. For me (Katja) personally one of my goals for this year is to figure out what I really want to do. I'm studying now something I'm not really interested in and I would love to figure out what I want to do in the future.
What are three blogs that are inspiring you these days (if you can even narrow it down to three!)?
It's really difficult to narrow it down to three since I follow dozens of blogs! Today I checked 3191, Liivian talossa and Design*Sponge first.
